What general services do you offer?

We offer CFO-level services as well as accounting services, which we call "outsourced finance". We work with businesses that have established accounting teams as well as businesses that do not have a team to handle their accounting and decide the best solution is to outsource to our firm.

What types of businesses or industries do you work with?

Since opening in 2019, we've worked with businesses in the home services, landscaping, restaurant, property management and consulting industries. Currently we work mainly with e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail businesses that use QuickBooks Online alongside other sales channels such as Amazon and Shopify.

Though we can certainly help you if you are a services business, the greatest amount of our experience lies within the accounting, workflows and app (tech) stack that are utilized daily by a typical e-commerce business.

Part of our Fractional CFO package is offering assistance to setup and maintain your inventory management system, a critical piece of your businesses' puzzle for understanding inventory management, reorder trigger points, over-ordering, etc.

How can you help my business as a Fractional CFO?

Our Fractional CFO service is results-based and is designed to get you immediate results! We identify the top 1-2 issues we will solve during our initial onboarding session, and stay laser-focused delivering improvements on those issues for the first 30 days so you can see immediate benefits to cash flow and profits.

We also help e-commerce business owners gain financial clarity and control by turning raw accounting data into actionable insight. We build forecasts, track profit margins, manage cash flow, and guide pricing and inventory decisions—so you always know where your money is going and how to increase your bottom line without the cost of a full-time CFO.

Do I have to sign an annual agreement to work with you?

There is no annual agreement to sign, however we do offer a discount for clients who pay for an entire year of services up-front.

We ask that you give us 30 days notice should you decide the services are not for you.

You are locked into any long-term contracts!

One note: we do offer accounting services for our Fractional CFO clients at a discount. Should you decide to no longer use our Fractional CFO services, but continue with us for accounting, the non-discounted rate applies.

What is your Outsourced Finance package?

If you have wanted to hand off the day-to-day finances to another team and not have to worry with it, this is the perfect package for you. This is complete accounting for your small business. Whether it's payments, billable expenses, invoice creation and submission, vendor communication, it's all covered in this package. This saves you the hassle of hiring contractors or employees, figuring out what they are supposed to be doing and how often.

We deliver financial statements to you monthly, as well as other reports reflecting your businesses' financial health.
