Maria Weaver is the founder of Simplified Partners, where she helps e-commerce and boutique retail businesses get profitable, streamline their operations, and harness technology to work smarter — not harder.

Maria brings a unique mix of financial expertise, process improvement, and executive leadership to her clients. Before launching Simplified Partners, she worked with a national franchise organization as a business analyst and later as chief of staff, guiding multi-unit operators through growth, system implementation, and profitability challenges. She also served as a Lean Six Sigma process improvement consultant, leading initiatives that eliminated inefficiencies, standardized workflows, and boosted performance across complex organizations.

Today, Maria combines this background with her passion for helping small businesses succeed. Her approach goes beyond bookkeeping: she equips owners with cash flow clarity, automation strategies, and streamlined systems so they can make confident decisions, free up their time, and grow sustainable profits.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Rose is the dynamic Operations Assistant for Simplified Partners. She assists with implementation of our clients' workflows, handles sales & marketing efforts for the firm, and handles the logistic and business details so Maria can spend more time directly with you, our clients. 

Rose also owns and runs her own Virtual Assistant firm, so she is organized, resourceful and is ready to go above and beyond for you and all of the clients we serve here at Simplified Partners!
