Hi, I’m Maria
I started Simplified Partners in 2019 focusing on providing bookkeeping services to agencies and firms, then branching out into the e-commerce industry. I found in my work clients want more than financial statements. They need someone that can help them see where the opportunities in their business lie to improve, simplify and cut costs.
So I decided to focus on just that! Why should you work with me? I spent 15+ years working in the area of Lean Six Sigma (operations and process improvement). I worked with companies large and small to identify business challenges and put together improvement strategies to create better, simpler processes that would many times reflect more profits for the business. Offered online, this is designated for an individual who has issues around their finances or business systems, and wants to book a one-time call to develop an action plan. Consult packages are available.

Cash Flow Service
This service is offered monthly, and is an add-on service to our monthly accounting service. We will have an initial meeting to review your goals, then create and prepare a budget based on your current monthly out-go, and provide a monthly snapshot on your results against the budget. We will break down areas of too high spend, and where the spend is going. We also develop a system of KPIs (metrics) for you to implement in your business to ensure you and your team are measuring results of key processes.

Bookkeeping Service
This service is offered monthly, for professional service firms or e-commerce businesses. If you do not fit these industries, we can still discuss on a Discovery Call. We complete reconciliations and provide financial statements. Add-on services include sales tax filing, A/P (bill pay), payroll and Cash Flow Service.

Systems Coaching
Offered online, these coaching sessions can be booked with our without our bookkeeping services. We begin by booking an initial coaching session to determine problem areas/areas of focus, then develop a customized coaching package that includes time design better business systems, and enhance productivity of team members with emphasis on removing the owner from day-to-day admin and operations tasks to focus on CEO-level activities
